Where’s the line: How to support a coaching client’s mental wellbeing?
A programme for Supervisors, coaches, aspiring coaches, organisational leaders, HR, educators and others
The line between executive coaching and psychotherapy is, at best, blurry. Both professions help their clients fulfil more of their potential. And both may delve into deep parts of a coachee personality, including formative experiences from the past. This discussion will help us understand the issues and provide us with the tools for identifying when to refer a client or employee. Speakers include: Cindy Jensen, PCC, Enoch Li, Johnathan Marshall and Dr Frances Penafort

Exploring the space of Creativity and Supervision
Creativity is at the heart of the supervisory relationship. In a very playful and creative process, I invite us to explore what is creativity, where creativity come from, who is doing the creating, who is being the creator? And I invite us to experience these questions rather than to answer them!
How? Well, we’re going to play with clay. Literally. With insights from pottery, meditation, poetry and old teachings on pots, we will actively create while reflecting on creativity, our relationship with getting things right, and the space we create in supervision.

Outdoor Intelligence for online coaching
A programme for coaches who want to guide online clients to develop a new intelligence in Nature.
About this event
Coaching leaders outdoors brings new insights, embodied change and clarity about what's most important. The dynamic experience of working in Nature deepens the coaching inquiry. It connects with our somatic, collective and spiritual intelligence. Sustainable change happens in an inspired way.
Online working and the scale of challenges we are all facing makes that outdoor experience more important than ever. But how do you do outdoor coaching when you can't walk out together? Outdoor Intelligence for Online Coaching is a 9-week programme that shows you how. 5 x fortnightly 2 hour online sessions 10 am - 12 pm (UK local time) starting Wednesday 12th January 2022.

Coaching Supervision Groups: Resourcing Practitioners New Book - Available from 30th November
CSA is delighted to recommend this new book on group supervision. There are older pioneering voices in here and new voices from the developing field of coaching supervision. Together, they bring rich reflections on group supervision theory and practice to coaches, mentors, leaders and supervisors. Many of the authors are CSA graduates, several of whom deliver our acclaimed supervision training in different parts of the world. Our congratulations to everyone associated with this book.
