The "Great Reset" or "Great Turning" refers to the new conditions created by the pandemic that catalysed changes and habits at work and in life. This accelerated our possibilities to make choices in an intentionally conscious way. A sudden faucet turn off on a global scale that allowed many of us to step off the hamster wheel and step into our temenos. Considering the different cultures of the generations that pass the baton at work and in society that signalled a need to become aware as citizens, fellow humans, coaches, and supervisors.

As supervisors, with a shared agenda for fairness, equality, and sustainability,  how are we preparing ourselves to enable and catalyse the regeneration of society?
