Exploring Organisational Trauma with Anne Roques and Dr Ty Francis
This exclusive three hour CSA interactive event will be allow a wide exploration of this issue with plenty of opportunity for experiences and sharing.
While much is known about individual trauma and collective trauma, the question of whether an organisation can be traumatised remains largely unexplored. Yet unaddressed organisational trauma compromises work with both colleagues and clients, negatively impacts service delivery, and weakens an organisation’s ability to respond to internal and external challenges. In addition, the effects of organisational trauma on leadership and team development are incalculable.
In this seminar, we explore the case for organisational trauma and discuss how to diagnose and deal with it effectively. We shall share our analysis of current theory as well as our own practice as coaches and consultants; provide inputs and case studies; facilitate discussions and offer a framework as well as principles for intervening that have emerged directly from our own practice.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognise different types of organisational trauma
- Identify sources of organisational trauma and understand which organisations might be more susceptible and which might be more resilient to potential trauma
- Diagnose organisational trauma
- Explore a practice framework and principles for dealing with organisational trauma
Places are limited on this event so early registration is recommended. This event is a follow up session to the shorter CSA webinars focussed on Recognising Individual Trauma being held on the 20th March and 24th March
