Two Part Experiential Workshop to explore Contracting with Supervision

Two 90 minute interactive webinars facilitated by Dr Alison Hodge

“Contracting” in supervision is a fascinating and complex discipline for us all to master.  Contracting with groups of coaches is an order of magnitude more complex.  We would like to invite you to a live experience in contracting to extend your flexibility and strengthen your capacity to build safe containers for your supervisees. 

Whilst most of us are familiar with contracting 1 to 1 in a coaching or supervision setting, we may have less experience or practice of doing this with groups.  We will be exploring what changes when the contract involves multiple stakeholders.

In Part 1
We’ll explore the diverse phenomena that may exist as a group of external coaches come together for group supervision.    We’ll look at your own relationship with groups.  We’ll explore some of the practicalities of getting started as well as what is going on relationally when a group comes together and how we might attend to these.     

In Part 2
We will extend our inquiry to look at the additional elements and layers of setting up group supervision for internal coaches, who is involved, how we negotiate the “business end” of the contract with the sponsor and how we engage and contract with the coaches themselves.

Dr Alison Hodge is a member of the CSA Executive and Senior Faculty member, she has been working and contracting with learning groups as both participant and facilitator since 1985.

Please Note:
Part 1 will be held on the 12th April and Part 2 on the 21st June, both sessions will run from 08:00 - 09:30 (London) and the second part will build on the dialogue and content from the first. Registrations are accepted for both sessions and no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend one of the booked sessions.
