Join us for a spacious hour of Pause and Reflection, inspired by Summer's abundance, warmth and glorious colour.
Come and join CSA Faculty members Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery for their Summer Seasonal Reflection workshop.
About this Event
Summer is the season of fire and joy, growth and abundance.
It is the season when all the hard work and preparation of winter and spring come to fruition and produce gardens and parks full of colourful flowers and lush grass. The days are long, the sun high in the sky, the evenings balmy. It is the season of ice creams, barbecues, and time with friends in the outdoors. Every Season has it's place and purpose in nature’s cycle.
Join Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery in our Science meets Creativity Summer Reflection. Using the metaphor and qualities of the season as the inspiration for a spacious hour of quiet and deep personal reflection on what the Summer means for you and what do you want to get from it.
Join us with a cool drink and pens and paper at the ready as we invite you to attend to your Summer time.
If you missed the Autumn and Winter or Spring reflection workshops, here is what participants said:
Thank you, Doug and Liz, for a wonderfully reflective and rich session, beautiful, heartily recommend to anyone who can make the next one!
It was beautiful - an autumnal golden hour. Thank you. Such a lovely start to the day.
I loved it! What a beautiful space you guys created, many many thanks.
It was great. Just what I needed.
Thanks for such a wonderful session. It was good to make time to reflect on the last year and to think about the things that will nourish and sustain me through winter and beyond. You complement each other well and created a warm cosy atmosphere - we could have been gathered round a winter's fire.
