Chapter 2 "Group Supervision with Executive Coaches: A Psychodynamic Approach - David Rothauser"

David brings expertise in applied psychoanalysis and interpersonal dynamics to his work as a coach supervisor and executive coach. He began his career as a school teacher and went into non-profit leadership before starting his independent coaching practice.

David provides both individual and group supervision and has honed his craft by working closely with his own supervisors for over a decade. He studied coaching supervision at Oxford Brookes University, executive coaching at Columbia University, psychodynamic group leadership at the Center for Group Studies, and Modern Psychoanalysis at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies.
