I am originally English, I have a Swiss husband and 2 children and have been living and working on Lake Zürich in Switzerland since early 2004. I work in English, Swiss-German & High-German. I began my career the old fashioned way working with a Canadian ice-hockey coach to bring coaching principles and culture into corporations for leaders and teams. I then studied for my coaching diploma with the IDC in Geneva, Narrative Coaching with the Moment Institute and Coaching Supervision with the CSA's fist Zürich cohort.
I am a member of the Swiss ICF board working to promote coaching supervision. I’m a PCC Leadership & Life Coach and owner at Inside-Out Coaching in Küsnacht. I am also an active member of the EMCC and support their promotion and development of coaching supervision here in Switzerland.
I am passionate about coaching and supervision being fun. in order for us to grow, develop and remain flexible in today’s high-speed VUCA world we need to stay fun, fit and flexible! After 50 years, too many life-lessons to mention and self-development, coach-development and coach supervision-development, I truly appreciate my inner child for her humour, energy, fun, open-acceptance, easy connection and wide-eyed fascination for all that humanity has to offer. I originally studied as a fine art illustrator and the artist in me is never too far away. I love nothing more than getting imaginative, inventive and getting my hands dirty co-creating new concepts.
I work as a volunteer supervisor for a group of therapists, translators and social workers working with asylum-seeking women, children and unaccompanied minors dealing with trauma. My main passion is in creating the safe and structured space to support people in finding and expressing their (often lost) voices.
