    Elizabeth Reilly

New Virtual Coaching  Supervision Group for Muslim Coaches with Elizabeth Reilly

I invite you to join me to unite and explore the interconnectedness of our identities and their influence on our coaching practices. We will embark on a journey together, discovering fresh perspectives and delving deeper into our understanding of ourselves, our clients, and the world around us. We can better support our clients by acknowledging the nuances of power, privilege, and justice.

This is a unique opportunity to explore the richness of identities and their positive impact on our coaching. Here, we can appreciate the strengths derived from our faith, cultural backgrounds, and personal experiences. Our identities offer valuable wisdom and compassion, enhancing our roles as coaches. Understanding our identities equips us to better empathise with clients and improve the coaching experience.

As a Master Accredited Executive Coach and EMCC Accredited Supervisor, I've worked with executives and coaches across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I am grateful for my dual Pakistani and Dutch heritage and blessed to be a mother of two. But what truly defines me is my background and ability to embrace our shared humanity and imperfections. I celebrate my dyslexic nature that nurtures a courageous, kind, open, authentic, and curious approach in every conversation.

Together, we will go on a journey of self-discovery, openly sharing experiences, challenges, best practices, and different approaches to coaching. We'll also delve into professional and ethical issues unique to our profession.

We'll meet every 6-8 weeks via Zoom in a closed group of 4-6 coaches starting this November.

During these six sessions, we'll be stepping outside our comfort zones, exploring new perspectives, and deepening our understanding of ourselves, our clients, and the world around us.

Self-Care - YOU are So Worth itSelf-Care - YOU are So Worth it - with Leila Rezaiguia

Since 2020, I’ve been consciously diving deeply into re-designing my wholehearted life and work with Self-Care at the heart of MY LIFE, Who I am and NOT just my “Just Be Week” that I used to book every now and then. I promised myself that I will put “Me” first and feel so awesome about it.

“Engaging in Self-Care is about Self-Respect…it is all about taking care of yourself, making that stand and declaring that YES, YOU are important, YOU do Matter. Being your best self is part of what makes the world a better place.”

    Arin Murphy-Hiscock.

As a CSA accredited and trained coach supervisor, I consciously strive to be the guardian of my sacred temple so I can also serve my clients wholeheartedly.

Coming from this life experiential journey, and to cater for this emerging focus in life, coaching, mentoring and supervision, I decided to I’m start a new virtual group supervision series for coaches, mentors, supervisors, coach trainers and leaders who are curious to explore this for themselves and their clients. Here I am inviting diversity and global mindsets into our reflective learning space to dance with our life experiences where there is no right or wrong. Join us if this resonates with you! It’s about time YOU put self-care at the heart of Who YOU are and how YOU lead your life.

The group will be for up to 6 people, if you feel this is an area in your life you want to develop for you and your clients and/or your leadership practice. It’s for those curious life seekers who would like to come together to pause, resource, rejuvenate, think, feel, breathe, move somatically, explore, imagine, dream, reflect and learn about Self-Care and how to prioritise it for their personal and professional development and growth, and anything else you feel might be useful for you to address in this group supervision session.

NEW Globally Diverse Group Supervision Series for Team Coaches with Leila Reaziguia

Constantly attending to our learning and growth is vital and that is where supervision is essential. All the major professional coaching bodies now recommend supervision as an essential part of continuing professional practice and development.

The goal of coaching supervision is much more systemic and wholistic; it supports your ongoing overall growth and development as a coach. Having said that, supervision for team coaching is even more critical due to the challenges and complexity of the team dynamics as well as the wider systemic context of the team.

To cater for this new emergent field in coaching supervision and to support team coaches, I’m starting a new virtual group supervision series for Team Coaches inviting diversity and global mindsets into our reflective learning space. Whether you are coaching teams face to face or virtually, do join us if this resonates with you!

The group will be for up to 4 experienced coaches, with a minimum of two years of team coaching experience, who would like to come together to explore, reflect and learn on different aspects on your personal and professional development and growth.

    'Simply Supervision' with Sam Magill

Why call it “Simply Supervision”? Because we strive to keep it that way using a vast array of models, metaphors, and magic. Our process is simple – identify something that happened, explore what the sources of that event might be, find new ways of thinking and apply the discoveries to our lives and work.

The result is simple, yet very often profound. A great session ends with participants (including the supervisor) saying, “Wow. I never looked at it that way before.”

    More details here (pdf)

Curious? Interested? New groups will begin soon. Write to me and we’ll figure out what works best for you. I look forward to hearing from you: sam@sammagill.com

A new Supervision Group in Japanese by the Asia-Pacific CSA Faculty  will be forming soon!

    Third Wednesdays: 20 Sep, 18 Oct, 15 Nov, 20 Dec, 17 Jan

    8pm-9.30pm (90 minutes) Japan time.

There are currently two seats left.

Satoko learnt in CSA in Hong Kong cohort in 2015-2016.

She has been instrumental in promoting supervision in the Asia-Pacific region through her work with the ICF Hong Kong Chapter and the EMCC APAC region.

I like the phrase 'become a student of your own experience'.

We in the helping professions use ourselves to support our clients. I see our group sessions as a 'campfire' where we can confide and explore with peers about your work; what stuck in your mind, what you wonder, what doesn't feel clear, what you doubt about youself.

This group will be conducted in Japanese. We hope that people who want to experience supervision will feel free to join us.

    Lara's invitation

NEW Creative Reflection Supervision Group Starting Late Spring 2023

    “Lara’s Invitation”

Look at everything as though you are seeing it for the first time, with the eyes of a child (or a puppy!), fresh with wonder
    Joseph Campbell

Three weeks ago, Lara our new puppy came home with us! She is a delight – and also a steep learning curve as we all discover how to best ‘be’ with each other. This stage is hard work and / but already she is my new teacher as I play with seeing the world through her eyes. I love her living only in the moment, I love the excitement she experiences when a treat or a game is offered; and I love her curiosity when she notices a new or unfamiliar noise or bird which crosses her path.

But most of all I love how she has put me back into a ‘beginners mindset’ inviting me to enjoy our Spring garden in ways that I was taking for granted; how the clouds in their different shapes and formations skid across the sky; how the light changes from moment to moment; how the moon (on those very early morning toileting breaks) as its follows its own cycle is begging for more of an audience; and how different each dusk and dawn is if we dare to pause and follow our senses, allowing ourselves to become enchanted by the magic and mystery of it all.

And so with puppies, so with the Creative Reflective Group Supervision that Karyn Prentice and I co-host. We are just about to start a new series so please do join us!

Click here for the brochure and how to contact us for more information

We very much look forward to hearing from you!
