When we are working as supervisors in group supervision, often questions arise about the practical aspects of the size or format or frequency of the group.  At the same time, what is going on for us emotionally and psychologically?  How do we feel ourselves about being in a group?  What are our patterns and triggers?  How do we manage ourselves when we are facilitating and supervising?

This workshop is for qualified supervisors, already familiar with offering group supervision.

    Host: Dr Alison Hodge

Working globally as a coaching supervisor with individuals and groups of both internal and external executive coaches, Alison seeks to co-create generative working agreements that enables practitioners to explore their practice, their client work and their ongoing professional wellbeing.  She is particularly interested in the relational phenomena that arise in supervision, especially in groups.  This may inform supervisees about their own process with their client relationships as well as what may be occurring in their individual and organisational client systems.

Alison is an accredited Executive Coach at Master Practitioner level with EMCC and an accredited Executive Coaching Supervisor with APECS and EMCC.  She completed her DProf in Coaching Supervision at Middlesex University in 2014.  She has been a member of the international faculty of CSA (coachingsupervisionacademy.com), for some 10 years, where she supervises supervisors-in-training.

Summer Reflection Workshop: Science meets Creativity
Inspired by the metaphors and qualities of Summer, we pause and reflect on what Summer means to you.

Come and join CSA Faculty members Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery for their Summer Seasonal Reflection workshop.

    About this Event

Summer is the season of fire and joy. It is the season when all the hard work and preparation of winter and spring come to fruition and produce gardens and parks full of colourful flowers and lush grass. The days are long, the sun high in the sky, the evenings balmy. It is the season of ice creams, barbecues, time with friends in the outdoors.

Every Season has its place and purpose in nature’s cycle.

Join Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery in our Science meets Creativity Summer Reflection. Using the metaphor and qualities of the season as the inspiration for hours quiet and deep reflection on what the Summer means for you and what do you want to get from it.

Join us with a cool drink and pens and paper at the ready as we invite you to attend to your Summer time.

If you missed the Autumn and Winter reflection workshops, here is what participants said:

Thank you, Doug and Liz, for a wonderfully reflective and rich session, beautiful, heartily recommend to anyone who can make the next one!

It was beautiful - an autumnal golden hour. Thank you. Such a lovely start to the day.

I loved it! What a beautiful space you guys created, many many thanks.

It was great. Just what I needed.

Thanks for such a wonderful session. It was good to make time to reflect on the last year and to think about the things that will nourish and sustain me through winter and beyond. You complement each other well and created a warm cosy atmosphere - we could have been gathered round a winter's fire.
