I have worked and lived in North-America, Western Europe and South-East Asia and currently reside in Connecticut, USA.
As a practitioner, I deliver individual and group executive coaching worldwide for international and inter-governmental organizations. In addition to being a certified supervisor of coaches and a mentor with the University of Texas at Dallas coaching certification program, I teach coaching theory and quantitative research methods in the Human and Organizational Development doctoral program at Fielding University. I am a regular speaker at conferences and webinars in coaching associations and schools.
I have been a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007 and a Board Certified Coach with the Centre for Credentialing and Education since 2011. In addition, I hold a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management, a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy. I was conferred a Doctoral degree in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University in May 2019, concluding a 3-year research project on client feedback for the executive coach.
