I have worked and lived in North-America, Western Europe and South-East Asia and currently reside in Connecticut, USA.
I have a private supervision practice open to executive coaches who are aspiring to develop their capacity as a practitioner. In addition, as a practicing executive coach, I deliver individual and group executive coaching worldwide for international and inter-governmental organizations. I also mentor student coaches with the University of Texas at Dallas coaching certification program and teach coaching theory and quantitative research methods in the Human and Organizational Development doctoral program at Fielding University. I am a regular speaker at conferences and webinars in coaching associations and schools.
I have been a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007 and a Board Certified Coach with the Centre for Credentialing and Education since 2011. In addition, I hold a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management, a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy. I was conferred a Doctoral degree in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University in May 2019, concluding a 3-year research project on client feedback for the executive coach.
