An executive coach and supervisor with over 25 years of experience in leadership development and talent management, I have coached executives since 2001. I have worked and lived in North-America, Western Europe and South-East Asia. I conduct individual and group coaching programmes for senior and higher middle management of international organizations. I have extensive experience working all over the world for C-suite leaders, women leaders, and expatriates in various industries, including financial services, professional services, consumer products, oil & gas, government, NGOs, the United Nations and international education. In addition to coaching, I have designed and delivered internal mentors’ training workshops, focusing on the coaching skills that are critical to succeed. I am a mentor Coach for the Centre for Creative Leadership and for ICF since 2014 and supervise executive coaches worldwide.
I have been a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007, a Board Certified Coach with the Centre for Credentialing and Education. In addition, I hold a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management, a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy. I was conferred a Doctoral degree in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University in May 2019, concluding a 3-year research on client feedback for the executive coach.
