About me
I am a passionate learner in many areas, all of which support my practice of facilitating leadership development, coaching and coach super-vision.
For 29 years, I’ve been the President of Megatrain Inc. and a senior faculty member at the University of Alberta’s Executive Education team. In the recent past I also was faculty at The Banff Centre for leadership and Royal Roads University, coaching and teaching in the Master of Arts in Leadership. I am also a Consultant and Facilitator in the profound work of Dr. Brené Brown who has spent past 20 years studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. I use her methodology in all of my work to help people show up, be seen and live brave.
My current learning passions are in the areas of: executive and team coaching, North America’s emerging field of coach super-vision, emotional intelligence, building psychologically safe cultures, self-awareness and positive psychology. With a well-earned reputation, I blend my practical, workplace experience with academic quests, to create a dynamic learning environment.
I live in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada.
