Nino’s leadership has evolved from practice – demonstrating compassion and love for people, alongside deft, clear decision-making and a grounded presence in holding space for its clients.
Initially specialising in Human Resource, Nino became an HR Director over 20 years ago – achieving numerous projects in Leadership, HR strategy and Organisational transformation as well many merger and acquisitions. His passion for connecting people, brought him to live and work over European continental cities. Prior to founding GenerativeHub International, Nino spent many years in the corporate world, leading complex organisations, multi-sector partnerships and large programmes engaging diverse communities and key strategic decision-makers through his inclusive, open leadership style and commitment to collaboration.
Nino is a highly experienced executive coach, consultant, and coach supervisor. His established international executive coaching and supervision practice includes clients from Australia to USA, as well as local people in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Norway, Switzerland where he currently lives.
Nino is passionate about the importance of establishing relationship and mindful reflective practice for the leaders he coaches as well as the coaches he supervises. Through somatic and reflective practice, leaders and coaches increase self-awareness and focuses on how to develop a generative state, meaning developing a creative response to all existing challenges as well as a deep connection to their own positive resources, to confront and shift the self-limiting mindsets and behaviours that undermine personal, team, and organizational effectiveness.
